After much anticipation, Twisted Vine Wine Shoppe, has opened in Historic Downtown Wake Forest. Located in the charming space above Wake Forest Coffee Company, the upstairs of the former Brixoff Building, built in 1919 still retains its turn of the century charm, wood floors and original windows.

Bob Cubillas, the resident wine expert spent the last 28 years in California Wine Country. Giving tours and exposing visitors to the hidden gems of the Sonoma/Napa Wine Country for over 15 years. Not only does he bring extensive knowledge to his weekly wine tastings, but has cultivated relationships with vineyards throughout the Sonoma and Napa valleys.

Quality and value are the core elements behind every one of Twisted Vine’s selections. With over 220 different labels, Bob wants to introduce the Triangle to a variety of wines, not only through wine tastings but small private classes to be held weekly in a comfortable and non-intimidating fashion. As Bob laughingly remarked “This is the kind of place where you’ll fit right in with T-shirts and jeans, it’s wine appreciation, not a fashion show!”
