Big Band in Wake Forest is Looking For A Dedicated Bass Player

Big band in Wake Forest is looking for a dedicated bass player to join 17-piece big band orchestra that has more fun that they can stand (need someone to share it with).

The band has a library of over 300 charts (need to read music or learn quickly) and play stage numbers as well as dance pieces.

They meet in Wake Forest on Thursday nights and play on weekends (gigs are starting). Once the Tuxedo Junction Music and Arts facility opens they will be their house band, but also play outside gigs as they come up.

This is a non-paying gig.

If you take your art seriously, have a good time playing great music with a good natured group of musicians and want to play bass, e-mail here.
