Rolesville Music Festival For A Good Cause In September

July 15 2009, Zebulon, North Carolina USA – Music festival offers a day of folk, rock, jazz, and community building

Times are tough, and the number of needy families is growing. Many food banks are facing bare shelves. A non-profit, Grow And Share, is fighting hunger through gardening and community produce distribution. Now, to raise funds for their fight against hunger, they are holding a music festival in Rolesville, NC. The day offers music, a variety of food, a canned food collection, kids activities, farm education stations, and more.

“Because community is of such importance, we felt the best way to raise funds for our projects is to provide a day of community and sharing,” said Kay Whatley, Creative Director at Grow And Share.

The Grow And Share Music Festival is scheduled for Sunday, September 6, 2009. Festivities kick off at 10am and run until 8pm that evening. Entry is free and parking is available all around the festival location, which is Main Street Park, Rolesville NC USA.
