The Wake Forest Library Book Club meets at the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce and reads a wide range of fiction and occasionally non-fiction. Selections may change due to availability. Due to high demand, this book club is currently not taking new members.
The Wake Forest Lions Club was chartered on September 3, 2008. The members are a diverse group of active, service minded men and women who are working to improve our community through monetary support and service projects. Our main focus is to aid the blind and visually impaired. We provide eye exams and classes for needy persons in our community as well as volunteering and participating in local community events and programs to support the needy in our community. We are currently seeking new members that will share our vision of helping those in need. For more information contact Lion Jack Kemeny, Membership Director at 919-803-7627.
