S. White Street Traffic Shift Starts Tomorrow

On Monday, April 16, crews from J.W. Grand will begin saw cutting a portion of South White Street from Elm Avenue to Wait Avenue in order to begin the waterline replacement construction as part of the South White Streetscape Project.

On Tuesday, April 17, traffic lanes will be shifted to the north side of South White Street from Elm Avenue to Owen Avenue. On-street parking will be restricted along this section on both sides of the roadway to accommodate the lane shift while the new line is being installed. This operation and lane shift will continue as the waterline crew makes its way to the end tie-in in the area of Wait Avenue.

Access to all businesses will be maintained and open during construction.
